APS Environmental Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join their team in our Bedford, NH location. You will work directly with Lead Admin and Management. Experience

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar clerical role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines consistently
Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory
Previous experience in customer service or personal assistant roles is desirable
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Prior experience in the Environmental/Asbestos field is desired, but not necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
