Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Spray Foam Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction and a strong mechanical aptitude. This role involves applying spray foam insulation in residential and commercial settings, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. The Spray Foam Installer will work closely with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

Prepare job sites by cleaning and organizing materials and tools.
Apply spray foam insulation to walls, roofs, and other surfaces as per project specifications.
Ensure proper mixing and application of foam materials for optimal performance.
Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope.
Utilize power tools, hand tools, and equipment safely and effectively during installation processes.
Perform maintenance on equipment to ensure it operates efficiently.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various power tools and hand tools.
Skills in drywall installation, construction painting, caulking, trim carpentry, masonry, and fabrication are advantageous.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
