Job Description for the Data Entry Specialist:

CS Contract Solutions' QST Department is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Entry Specialist to support our quality and safety team. This role is ideal for college students or individuals looking for a flexible full-time opportunity with the potential for hybrid remote work.

Role and Responsibilities for the Data Entry Specialist:

Review and process inspection data with accuracy and efficiency.
Enter, update, and maintain data in various systems.
Analyze inspection reports and identify discrepancies.
Learn and understand basic technical concepts related to field inspections.
Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Assist with additional administrative or data-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications for the Data Entry Specialist:

Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and apply them to inspections.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or technical processing is a plus.
Local candidates preferred.

Compensation:

This is a full-time position, $17.00 - 20.00/hr DOE
