We are seeking a detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service and administrative support in a fast-paced dental office environment.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using medical scheduling software
- Manage patient records, including updating personal information and medical history
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality
