The Baldwin is seeking Nurses (RN or LPN's) t to join our team on a per diem basis, working in the Assisted Living at The Baldwin Senior Living. We are looking for people who are as excited as we are to support seniors and each other by living our values of compassion, respect, integrity, professionalism, and teamwork, and be a part of The Baldwin’s very special and caring culture.

Responsibilities include the accurate and timely administration of medications and treatments, assessment of the health and mental status of residents during medical administration, and proper and immediate response to the emergency call system in the independent living apartments, and common areas. Candidates must display a genuine interest and compassion for the aging, possess openness in maintaining a multi-disciplinary team approach to care for the elderly, be able to maintain a cooperative and courteous attitude despite simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced environment, and have a wiliness to learn and grow.
