Opportunities Available:
Sign-On Bonus of $ 3000.00 ( paid over a period of time)
- Full Time Monday- Friday ( 32) Hours with a weekend a on call rotation.

Responsibilities:The nurse is responsible for creating an environment of resident-centered care; ensuring regulatory requirements are met; monitoring, assessing, and addressing the licensed nurse aide compliance with their job responsibilities; fostering the team environment and a positive culture; and providing/ensuring continual delivery of high quality care.
Qualifications and Skills:
- NH RN or LPN License, active and in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursing role in a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility is required
- Experience with PCC electronic medical records a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi task and prioritize
- Strong clinical experience
