Bartender (Part-time) position : this position, located in Concord, is very rarely posted.
- Experience with very High-volume, for Long periods on feet.
- Know Spirits, classic Cocktails and measurements, basic principles of pairing with food, opportunities to upsell and raise check average, understanding of liquor pricing. (You'll be asked this again in interview).
- Please no issues with attendance, punctuality, and drama. Wer'e really looking for someone that is driven and self-managing.
- Great attitude, Keeps fun atmosphere for guests
- Appears to guest at correct times to continue flow of sales and fun, BUT IMPORTANTLY understands how to pace and stop serving someone ("everyone gets home safe") when necessary.
Currently wer'e filling one weekday shift and alternating rotating one or two other days to start. Wer'e building the team now for a very fun and profitable spring and summer.
