What You'll do:
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Training and Development Specialist with a proven track record in developing and executing a training plan to support in-person and virtual-lead training for Business End-Users on federal technology projects supporting complex financial management systems.
What You’ll Do:
- Development and maintenance of training materials for end users for both virtual and on-site training sessions
- Facilitate virtual instructor-led trainings (V-ILT) through Microsoft Teams to address end user functionality
- Lead the creation and execution of tailored training programs around federal budgetary sytems
- Travel to client sites to conduct on-site trainings
- Utilize the Train the Trainer model of training in both virtual and on-site trainings
- Produce training deliverables aligned with the customer expectations
- Coordinate with cross functional staff to provide virtual trainings for end users
- Author and manage training content in Lectora
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 6+ years in producing training deliverables
- 6+ years in executing training plans, both virtually and on-site
- Lectora software knowledge and experience loading and managing training materials and content
- Previous training experience in support of a federal budgetary system
- Expert with the Microsoft Office suite of products
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:
$59,239.00 - $129,311.00
