We have a new job opportunity to join our team. We are an organization searching for a versatile, skilled, detail-oriented maintenance person to help maintain the standard for the property. The ideal candidate must be a team player and who is dependable, punctual, and has a strong work ethic. This position involves multiple trades and includes both skilled & unskilled work such as:
Off-season tasks
-Snow removal with loader
-Burn brush piles
-Small tree removal
-Winter maintenance on garden vehicles
-Winterize water features like fountains and waterfalls
-Split hardwood for firewood
In-Season tasks
-Mowing and trimming lawn areas
-Mowing Nursery fields
-Fire up irrigation system, repair to any issues
-Fire up water features
-Regular maintenance on garden vehicles
-Assist as needed with digging trees/projects
-Assist with fall clean up
-Maintain gravel paths and repair when washouts occur
-Pick up supplies as needed
Miscellaneous tasks
-Clean gutters on buildings occasionally
-Small plumbing, fixing faucets etc.
-Small electrical
All candidates are required to have a valid driver's license. Candidates are expected to work as part of a team as well as independently, must have a clean & neat appearance and a positive attitude. A background check is required. This is a full-time benefited position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
