Building Automation Technician Requirements:
- 1+ years of related experience required
- Commercial/Industrial HVAC/Building Automation/ATC (Automated Temperature Control) System Experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics required
- Experience in Setting Up, Programming and Installing building automation or ATC Systems required
- Experience with Tridium, JCI, Honeywell, and/or Siemens preferred
- Experience in working in commercial/industrial buildings such as retails stores, restaurants, gyms, warehouses, etc. preferred
Position Offers:
- $65,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Building Automation Technician Responsibilities:
- Installation, programming, and commissioning of Automated Temperature Control systems
- Perform routine checks and fixes on industrial high and low voltage electrical systems
- Plans and lays out tasks from drawings or blueprints
- Commercial service and installs
