Overview
Position Concept – The Outside Operations Manager acts as the leader of the Outside Golf Operations Team in the management of the day to day outside golf operations of the facility. The Outside Operations Manager will work closely with the Director of Golf to accomplish short- and long-term goals of Lake Winnipesaukee Golf Club. All duties of the position shall be performed with a commitment to the highest level of customer service and total satisfaction for members and guests.

Essential Responsibilities
Golf Operations
- Manage staff in operations of the golf cart fleet, cart barn, practice facilities, and bag room.
- Maintain a welcoming and positive attitude to promote a quality golf experience to members and guests and to enrich the work environment for team members.
- Conduct oneself in a professional manner and maintain a professional image at all times.
- Assist in the promotion, planning, organization and execution of the highest quality golf events for members, guests and outside entities.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Train and supervise Outside Operations Staff to the end of ensuring the highest quality customer experience.
Licenses And Special Requirements
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.
- Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; extreme cold; extreme heat; risk of electrical shock; and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- Able to meet and perform the physical requirements and to work effectively in an environment which is typical of this position.
- Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, stooping and pulling.
- Frequent repetitive motions.
- Continuous standing and walking.
Hours
- This position is a seasonal position. The employee will be on staff from Mid-April to the end of October (roughly 28 weeks).
- 5-6 days a week, 40 hours a week. Overtime will be paid at time and a half if worked.
- Job shifts would be a mixture of open and close shifts. Must be able to work weekdays, weekends and holidays.
