Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
- Train and mentor team members in best practices for construction techniques and safety protocols.
- Ensure that all equipment is maintained properly and that all necessary supplies are available on-site.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to construction sites is essential.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
