Location: Salem, NH- In Person
Salary: $15.00- $16.00 Depending on Experience
Experience Level: 5 Years of Licensed Driving Experience Preferred/ Customer Service experience preferred.
Sanel NAPA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to lead our Delivery Driving team to success. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for accurately staging orders, planning efficient and timely local delivery runs using NAPA Delivery Tracker Software, and safely dispatching our driving team members to their destinations. You will coordinate deliveries, manage communications with wholesale customers, and provide direction to our Delivery Drivers. You will also serve as the crucial link between commercial accounts, the store team, and the outside sales team, ensuring a high level of customer service, clear communications, and a culture of safety.

Key Responsibilities
- Champion and adhere to company safety rules and regulations, including the use of safety equipment.
- Assign Delivery Drivers to delivery runs, considering product type, customer locations, priority levels, wait times, and traffic patterns.
- Track Delivery Drivers' progress along their routes and adjust workloads, break times, and assignments as needed.
- Monitor department hours to maintain budgetary goals.
- Resolve customer requests and complaints promptly.
- Serve as a Delivery Driver during peak times.
- Oversee the pulling of parts for delivery orders and ensure the inclusion of appropriate hazardous sheets.
- Ensure customer returns are picked up and processed in a timely manner.
- Complete and submit weekly vehicle safety checklists to Fleet Management.
- Assist with processing online orders and overflow incoming phone calls as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- MUST HAVE Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- 5 Years of Licensed Driving Experience Required/ Customer Service experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Technical or Trade School courses or degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry is a plus, but a willingness to learn is key.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and video platforms (Zoom/Teams).
- Must be flexible, able to respond quickly to changing requirements, and demonstrate integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to lift/move up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and using hands to handle objects.
