An Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT) will perform the responsibilities of EMTs by responding to emergency situations, providing appropriate levels of care, and, in some cases, stabilizing patients before transporting them to a medical care facility. In addition, AEMTs will have the skills to perform more advanced tasks, such as inserting IVs and administering medications.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
