This is a full time opportunity.

The Mortgage Processor duties include: To perform the activities associated with providing lending services to the membership. To be responsible for auditing loans to ensure a high volume of good quality loans to achieve a profitable return on member equity. To prepare and execute the funding of loan packages and documentation in accordance with established lending guidelines and policies.

Requirements

  • Experience: Six months to two years mortgage related experience required. Encompass experience a plus.
  • Education A high school education or GED.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Proactive approaches to problem-solving.
