What You’ll Do:
🔹 Lead and motivate a skilled O&M Technician team, fostering a strong safety culture.
🔹 Ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of plant equipment.
🔹 Optimize plant performance by developing and refining maintenance procedures.
🔹 Oversee plant budgets, scheduling, and regulatory compliance.
🔹 Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
🔹 Manage contractor relationships and coordinate plant outages.
🔹 Provide hands-on leadership to ensure the highest operational standards.
What You Bring:
✔ 3-5 years of supervisory experience in plant operations or maintenance.
✔ Boiler operator experience (high-pressure boiler license is a plus).
✔ Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Experience with computerized maintenance management systems.
✔ Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (climbing ladders, site inspections).
✔ Knowledge of regulatory compliance in a continuous process environment.
