Overview
Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Seasonal Inside Shop Attendant to join our team during our busy season. As an Inside Shop Attendant, you’ll be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining shop cleanliness and organization, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
The applicate will work 25 to 30 hours a week.
Experience Required
N/A but common golf and sales knowledge preferred.
Essential Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for sales and returns
Restock merchandise and ensure displays are tidy and well-organized
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop area
Provide product information and recommendations to customers
Support shop staff with inventory checks and deliveries
Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues or escalate as needed
Follow all company policies and safety procedures
