Responsibilities

Accurately enter data into the company database.
Verify and update existing data to ensure it is current and accurate.
Assist in the preparation of reports and data summaries as required.
Maintain data confidentiality and follow data protection regulations.
Respond to data queries and provide support to team members as needed.
Conduct regular data quality checks to identify and rectify errors.
Assist with the development of more efficient data entry processes and procedures.

Experience and Skills:

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role.
Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work methodically.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Familiarity with database management systems is preferred.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Wages: $25.10 - $31.50 Hourly
