The Client Relationship Associate is a key member of the support staff for the Financial Advisors. The candidate will provide high level service to meet the needs of clients, the advisors and other colleagues.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Handle incoming customer service requests and provide timely resolution
Process new accounts and customer service forms
Utilize CRM system daily and ensure client files are accurate
Run client account reports
Schedule and prepare materials for client review meetings
Track client annual IRA contributions and required minimum distributions
Prepare meeting agendas and client correspondence
Handle confidential and/or sensitive information responsibly

Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in a professional manner

Qualifications

Strong organization skills and consummate attention to detail
Ability to prioritize workflow and multi-task without sacrificing accuracy
Superior written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanor
Proficiency in computer skills (CRM software, Microsoft Office)
2-year Degree or Military Service required
Due to the nature of the business, including state and federal regulations, the person hired must be fingerprinted and pass a consumer report background check.
