About the Role

As a Client Service Manager, you will make a positive impact by directly helping dozens of interesting startups and existing schools gain clarity in their financial position while planning for their financial future so they can continue to grow and thrive.

You’ll be part of a team responsible for a portfolio of school clients which requires you to oversee the daily accounting process including transaction categorization, invoicing, bill payments, and payroll.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

● Oversee the daily interactions for a group of our clients to ensure that they receive a remarkable experience.

● Perform the day-to-day accounting to ensure everything is on track for the month-end close. This includes coding bank and credit card transactions, bill payments, account reconciliation, month end close review and responding to client requests.

● Be accountable for the quality and timeliness of all tasks related to a group of clients that are assigned to you.

● Deliver a great client experience that results in strong and long-lasting client relationships

● Staying current on client deliverables to meet deadlines and client commitments

What You Need to Succeed

● You have at least 2 years of accounting experience

● Minimum of an associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or other related program

● You have experience working in the not-for-profit industry

● You have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task competing priorities

● You are technology savvy and can switch between several applications easily

● You have experience using QuickBooks Online

● You believe in delivering excellent client service and have experience in a client-facing role

● Experience working in a paperless environment strongly preferred

Our Recruitment Process

Your application will be reviewed and those moving on to the next steps will be asked to complete a brief 5 question one way video interview where you will answer these questions on your own time via your webcam. Following that, successful candidates moving on to the next step will be asked to take part in a 1-on-1 video interview.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $62,400.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
