We are currently seeking an experienced Supermarket Manager/Supervisor to join our expanding team at a fast-paced commercial HVAC/R company.

Responsibilities:

Train technicians and oversee the maintenance of refrigeration rack systems and HVAC equipment for clients.
Ensure proper parts are ordered and jobs keep moving in a timely manor
Provide timely job updates to ensure smooth project execution.
Perform refrigeration/HVAC preventative maintenance checks as assigned.
Manage larger projects and quotes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and repair various HVAC-R equipment.
Must reside within the general service area.
Participate in leadership on-call rotation, supporting field operations after hours with purchases, technical support, and managerial direction.
Foster strong relationships with team members and customers.

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license is required.
7+ years of relevant experience preferred.
Availability to be on leadership on-call schedule and work after hours when necessary (distinct from tech on-call).
Familiarity with supermarket refrigeration and HVAC systems is essential.
EPA Certification is required.
Knowledge of supermarket rack refrigeration equipment, electrical systems, and HVAC is a must.
Strong work ethic and ability to manage essential rack refrigeration functions.
Excellent communication skills.
