Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Server to join our team in our small busy upscale neighborhood restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods
Uphold the establishment's upscale atmosphere through professional demeanor and presentation.

Experience

Previous experience as a Server or Bartender in a similar upscale restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting.
Familiarity with POS systems
