Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Server to join our team in our small busy upscale neighborhood restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods
- Uphold the establishment's upscale atmosphere through professional demeanor and presentation.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Server or Bartender in a similar upscale restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting.
- Familiarity with POS systems
