Entry-Level Sales Associate / Sales Representative
Our company is seeking entry-level Sales Associates. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, and capable of assisting in the closing a sale in a fast-paced environment. - No cold-calling / all warm leads
- Qualify and enroll prospective clients into our software
- Able to follow a sales script with the ability to think on your feet.
- Develop and maintain a high level of professionalism
Qualifications and Skills:
- Handle large volume of outbound calls.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Phone sales experience a plus, but not required.
- Construction background a plus but not required.
- CAD Skills a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient time management skills.
- Professional demeanor and great attitude.
- Bilingual a plus but not required (Spanish).
WEEKLY SALARY PLUS COMMISSION AND BONUSES (BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND PERFORMANCE). NO WEEKENDS!!
