As we prepare for a leadership transition, we are seeking an experienced EOS Integrator/COO to join our team and play a critical role in driving the organization’s continued success.
About the Role:
The EOS Integrator/COO will work closely with the Visionary (CEO) to execute the company’s strategic plan, ensure alignment across departments, and manage day-to-day operations. This position requires a deep understanding of EOS principles or a commitment to mastering them before starting. You’ll have the opportunity to overlap with the outgoing Integrator to ensure a smooth transition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the glue for the organization, ensuring all departments and team members are aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the Visionary to drive the execution of the business plan, remove obstacles, and solve problems proactively.
- Facilitate EOS meetings, including Level 10 meetings, quarterly planning, and annual sessions.
- Oversee the organization’s operational processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Lead, manage, and hold team members accountable to their roles and responsibilities.
- Manage key metrics and dashboards to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Support a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally as an EOS Integrator, COO, or similar position.
- Strong understanding of EOS principles and tools (preferred) or a demonstrated commitment to learning and mastering EOS prior to starting.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage and align teams, ensuring focus and accountability.
- Experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
