We seek a dedicated and organized full-time
Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be part of a highly collaborative, solution-oriented team as you lead the recruitment process, support onboarding efforts, and assist with employee benefit programs. By meticulously tracking data, you will help ensure compliance with state and federal regulations across HR and finance. Your contributions will extend to developing, updating, and solidifying company policies and procedures while managing accurate training records essential for compliance and employee development. Additionally, you will coordinate employee appreciation initiatives, manage correspondence distribution, and handle various human resources tasks. Your professionalism and discretion will be essential as you support our staff.

Responsibilities Include
- Driving the recruitment process through each stage, from initial inquiry to onboarding
- Support the HR team in administering and communicating employee benefits programs.
- Assist in developing, updating, documenting, and implementing human resources, operational, and other company policies and procedures.
- Monitor, prompt, and maintain an accurate record of essential compliance training.
- File the first reports of injury, track data
- Track and identify data to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal rules and regulations.s
- Complete employment verifications and maintain accurate personnel files
- Coordination of employee-related events.
Minimum Qualification
An associate's degree in business or a related field. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
Appropriate experience to effectively perform this role
Strong computer skills, including demonstrated experience and proficiency with various spreadsheet and database applications. Knowledge of applications currently used in RiverMead'saccounting and finance department is preferred(ADP, MedTrainer).
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and with limited supervision
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
