SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
The Database Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining the casino's player database to optimize marketing, customer engagement, and operational effectiveness. This role ensures data accuracy, analyzes player activity, and supports promotional campaigns, direct mail offers and supplemental offers to enhance player loyalty and maximize revenue.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Maintain, update, and oversee the casino's player database to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Build all supplemental and Core database offers in the Player Tracking system.
- Verify and correct player information, ensuring compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
- Conduct regular database audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Operate gaming systems to build promotions and varying casino activations.
- Analyze player behavior, activity trends, and revenue data to provide actionable insights.
- Segment the player database to support targeted marketing efforts.
- Generate reports on player demographics, campaign performance, and gaming activity.
- Assist in the design and execution of marketing campaigns, including email and direct mail.
- Monitor and track the effectiveness of promotional campaigns to measure ROI.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure data-driven strategies align with casino goals.
- Ensure compliance with local gaming regulations, data protection laws, and company policies.
- Monitor data access and usage to maintain confidentiality and security standards.
- Coordinate the launch of campaigns and offer communications through player CRM.
- Any tasks as it relates to the Casino Database.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education, experience, skills required, equipment used.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in Casino Database position preferred.
- Strong understanding of the gaming industry preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software, casino management systems and data analysis tools.
- Requires strong computer skills and proficiency in Google suite; specifically, sheets, docs, slides, and forms and able to navigate Microsoft Office including, Excel
- Must possess outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills, as well as excellent attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Suitability to be granted a Gaming License from the New Hampshire Lottery Commission.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
