The Opportunity
Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact on people’s careers and workplace culture? ConvenientMD is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to play a key role in supporting our teams, managers, and overall business strategy.
As an HRBP, you’ll be a trusted advisor and problem solver—helping to shape employee relations, workplace development, performance management, and compliance. You'll work closely with leadership to create a positive work environment and ensure company policies are applied consistently and effectively.
Your Impact
- Build strong relationships with managers and employees, serving as the go-to HR expert in your area.
- Lead regular check-ins with leadership to address HR needs and drive engagement.
- Identify training needs and develop programs that help employees and managers grow.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters with fairness and professionalism.
- Provide guidance on performance management and help managers navigate workplace challenges.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and company policies.
- Analyze HR trends to create solutions that align with business goals.
- Support special HR projects in areas like compensation, performance, engagement, and diversity.
- Keep records and documentation accurate and up to date.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years as an HR Generalist or in employee relations.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
- Excellent presentation and coaching skills to engage and support employees and managers.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong initiative and follow-through on HR-related matters.
- Experience in a hospital, medical facility, or multi-site organization is a plus!
