Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host to join our team. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service.
WEEKENDS ARE MANDITORY
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive
- Manage waitlist and seat guests accordingly
- Provide menus and relay any specials or promotions
- Answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries
- Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service
- Assist in setting up for service and closing duties
- General house keeping duties
- Ring in takeouts and manage Door Dash tablet
- Package takeout orders and distribute accordingly
- Make change and run credit cards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurants preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
