Job Overview:
A privately owned orthopedic medical device and consulting company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant to the Owner to support the daily operations of our business. The ideal candidate will provide administrative assistance to the owner, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient communication within the organization. This is a remote position, however it will require in person meetings a few times per month.
Duties:
- Manage the owner's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the owner
- Assist in preparing presentations, commission reports and documents
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents on the company cloud drive
- Provide general administrative support such as data entry, proofreading, and project coordination
- Act as a liaison between the owner and internal/external stakeholders
- Perform clerical tasks including copying, scanning, and filing

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other administrative tools
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Experience in proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
- Demonstrated capability in project coordination and task management
- Familiarity with Outlook Calendar for scheduling purposes
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
-Experience with managing CRM systems (ie Hubspot )
-Organizing email and customer data in one central system. (ie Mailchimp)
-Manage all sales collateral and support sales team
