$30/hr. Plus depending on experience

Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
Train and mentor team members in best practices for construction techniques and safety protocols.
Ensure that all equipment is maintained properly and that all necessary supplies are available on-site.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
Knowledge of safety regulations related to construction sites is essential.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
