Job Objective:
The
Manufacturing & Production Associate plays a vital role in producing advanced hook-and-loop technology. This position requires the operation of a variety of manufacturing equipment while adhering to established safety, quality, and time standards. You will be a key contributor to a dynamic and efficient production environment.
Essential Job Functions:
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment
- Operate complex manufacturing equipment in accordance with established procedures and control plans
- Accurately read and interpret job instructions and production sheets
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure product standards are met
- Complete necessary computer transactions and paperwork
- Meet and maintain production goals and standards
- Contribute to team goals, both individually and as part of the department
- Demonstrate the ability to learn and operate in different departments after training
- Successfully complete required training to operate powered industrial trucks
Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in operating production machinery to set standards preferred
- Proven proficiency in operating multiple manufacturing processes
- Strong computer literacy
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and processes quickly
