Description
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Power BI and SQL, with the ability to translate data into insights to support business decisions. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Dataverse, and the financial industry is helpful but not required. This mid-level role is suited for someone detail-oriented and eager to grow their data analysis skills in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business needs.
- Write and use SQL queries to extract and analyze data from various sources.
- Work with Microsoft Dataverse to support data integration and management (preferred but not required).
- Collaborate with teams to understand data requirements and provide relevant solutions.
- Conduct basic data validation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Identify patterns and trends in data to assist in decision-making.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to understand and meet reporting needs.
- Take initiative to suggest data-driven improvements where applicable.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Power BI and SQL.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Dataverse is a plus.
- Financial industry experience is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated and open to learning.
