Key Responsibilities:
Event & Operations Management:
- Keep our email inboxes on point, ensuring all communication is timely and professional.
- Enter event details into our system (don’t worry—we’ll teach you the ropes!).
- Staff events with top-notch team members and ensure everything runs like clockwork.
- Pop into events for spot checks to make sure everything is looking sharp.
- Be the go-to person for operational support three nights a week (you’ve got this!).
Staffing & Recruitment:
- Scout, recruit, and interview talented individuals to build our A-team.
- Manage the onboarding process, welcoming new team members with style.
Supplier & Client Relations:
- Follow up with suppliers after events to collect valuable feedback.
- Make sure all event recaps are completed and submitted on time.
Social Media Coordination:
- Snap and collect amazing content (photos/videos) from events.
- Collaborate with our Social Media Manager to craft posts that grab attention and build engagement.
