Duties

- Monitor profit and loss statements for each unit, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Oversee project management initiatives to streamline operations and improve efficiency across all locations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback from team members and implementing best practices.
- Conduct regular site visits to evaluate performance, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with company standards.
