Experience – 6-8years (Minimum 2yrs in residential)
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Preparing daily reports and sharing to clients.
* Handling client queries and resolving with in TAT.
* Ensure that the services are delivered to clients as per SLA’s.
* Daily Monitoring of Log books, schedules and Check lists
* Monitoring staff Attendance
* 52 weeks plan.
* Track the AMC/Warranty/Defect Liability Period.
* Manage Downtime/ Breakdowns.
* Tracking the snag list of the project pending activities till closure.
* Regulatory & Statutory Compliance like -CEIG, KSPCB, CPCB, Contract, Monthly returns submission.
* Responsible for the complete operation of Security, M&E Services (Power, WTP, HVAC, Lifts, STP)
Note: Candidate with Residential experience will be considered.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
