Experienced Equipment Operators Needed
St. Laurent Property Maintenance is a leading provider of commercial snow removal and maintenance services. We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch service and are currently seeking skilled and dependable Equipment Operators to join our team.
Position Overview: We are looking for experienced Equipment Operators with a strong background in commercial plowing. The ideal candidates will be proficient in operating a range of equipment, including plow trucks, Bobcat loaders, and mini loaders. Key Responsibilities:
* Operate plow trucks, Bobcat loaders, mini loaders, and other equipment for commercial snow removal and maintenance.
* Ensure all equipment is maintained and in good working order.
* Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures while performing tasks.
* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
* Handle and adjust work plans as needed based on weather conditions.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in operating plow trucks, Bobcat loaders, and mini loaders.
* Proven experience in commercial plowing and snow removal.
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
* Ability to work in varying weather conditions and during non-standard hours.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
