Overview
Join RxWound LLC as an Independent Medical Sales Representative and be a key player in revolutionizing chronic wound care. This high-visibility, commission-only 1099 contract role offers the opportunity to connect patients suffering from chronic wounds with our network of providers, leveraging amniotic membrane allografts to facilitate healing.

We are looking for an Independent Medical Sales Representative to join our high performing sales team. While working you will represent RxWound LLC, dba RxAmnion, the hard-to-heal wound experts, to various physician groups. It goes without saying, this is a high visibility role. As an Independent Medical Sales Representative, you will build partnerships with physicians and nurse practitioners by understanding and supporting their businesses and inspiring them with our vision of becoming The American Leader in Amniotic Membrane Allografts, and our purpose to Heal Where Other Treatments Fail, as well as to uphold RxAmnion's incredible reputation.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Establish and maintain productive relationships, partnering with physicians and nurse practitioners while advocating our vision, purpose, and values.
- Perform and manage territory coverage and service frequency by call opportunity to clients within territory.
- Manage and control all orders assigned for the clients.
- Promote a fast-moving brand’s awareness, increase sales, and boost customer engagement.
- Deliver inspired education and training to distributor sales team, partners, and patients if needed.
- Conduct a review in the physicians office in terms of product pricing and distribution.
- Implement RxAmnion's branding standards.
- Communicate field activity to the Regional Manager through daily and weekly reporting, working together on scheduling, prioritizing, and territory planning.
- Develop market knowledge with awareness of competitor’s offerings from the clients point of view.
- Perform all administrative functions associated with direct account and physician office management within established deadlines.
Background & Experience:
- Outside sales experience ideally within the medical sales field is a plus.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Must be able to handle, manage and overcome objections encountered within the sales process.
- Teamwork focused in a remote work environment with a bias for action.
- Proven experience using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint along with a CRM.
- Experience presenting to large and small groups.
- Flexibility to travel up to 50% locally with some availability for work events on evenings and weekends.
