We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our esteemed New Hampshire hotel. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest services and fostering a welcoming environment. As the Hotel General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service, managing staff, and driving revenue growth while maintaining guest satisfaction.
Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences and improve overall satisfaction.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of hotel staff to ensure high levels of service delivery.
- Monitor financial performance and implement revenue management strategies to maximize profitability.
- Maintain strong guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and effectively while fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards throughout the hotel.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote hotel services and attract new guests.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and adherence to brand standards.
