Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Spray Foam Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction and a strong mechanical aptitude. This role involves applying spray foam insulation in residential and commercial settings, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. The Spray Foam Installer will work closely with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Prepare job sites by cleaning and organizing materials and tools.
- Apply spray foam insulation to walls, roofs, and other surfaces as per project specifications.
- Ensure proper mixing and application of foam materials for optimal performance.
- Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope.
- Utilize power tools, hand tools, and equipment safely and effectively during installation processes.
- Perform maintenance on equipment to ensure it operates efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various power tools and hand tools.
- Skills in drywall installation, construction painting, caulking, trim carpentry, masonry, and fabrication are advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
