We are seeking an experienced carpenter or general maintenance person to join a construction management company. You will be responsible for completing service tickets for small to medium commercial facilities.
You will perform:
- Floor repairs- VCT, LVT, Quarry tile, Ceramic Tile, etc
- Drywall and finish work
- FRP
- Painting
- Minor carpentry
- Door and hardware installs
- Bathroom remodel work
- Minor concrete repairs
- Oversee MEP subcontractors as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- 7+ years in commercial construction
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Ability to travel to support assignments
- Great communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to submit daily reports
