Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team. Preferred applicant will have a CDL, extensive shoring knowledge, and the ability to work well with in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive crane to and from job site, setting up and breaking down - Operate hydraulic all-terrain cranes to install steel sheet piles and h-piles using a vibratory hammer
- Perform routine maintenance checks on cranes
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Communicate with ground workers to direct load movements
- Inspect and prepare the crane before and after each shift
Experience
- Previous experience operating cranes to install support of earth shoring systems is required
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting minor issues
- Ability to work in a construction site environment
- Experience with heavy equipment operation is preferred
- Commercial driving experience is a requirement
- Familiarity with materials handling equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and loaders
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour
