What You'll Do
Strategic & Tactical Support
- Partner with the CHRO and CPO to drive critical initiatives, from financial strategy to building and strengthening partnerships.
- Provide decision-making support by analyzing data, monitoring progress on strategic objectives, and delivering well-researched recommendations.
- Strategically prepare for meetings and events by gathering relevant data, shaping the discussion's focus, brainstorming key outcomes and action steps, and creating polished materials to ensure clarity and alignment.
Drive Meaningful Results
- Track critical projects, ensuring deadlines are met, priorities are clear, and departments are working together toward shared goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute contract negotiations, partnership renewals, and provider placements.
- Solve problems proactively and independently-your executives trust you to make things happen.

What We're Looking For
- Education & Experience: A bachelor's degree (Business or related field preferred) and at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, Zoom, Canva, Adobe, and project management tools. Experience with Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), and proficiency with iSolved preferred.
- Key Attributes: Exceptional confidence, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, paired with a proactive and resourceful mindset that ensures challenges are met with creative and effective solutions.
