NOW HIRING: DUAL STATE DIRECTOR OF CHAIN OPERATIONS (ME/NH)
We're growing fast, and we're looking for a hard-working, independent person to join our team!
We will need this person to:
- Passionately and authentically represent our brands and our company culture
- Build and maintain constant communication and positive relationships with the Vacationland team and key chain retailers
- Responsible for chain account management and planning
- Develop and Maintain relationship and sales process with chain account and key chain store buyers
- Establish a buyer call/meeting cadence with key positions in the chain accounts
- Manage buying process and calendar timeline for refreshes and resets
- Develops buyer presentations for all new items
- Work with willing suppliers to develop programming and drops for chain accounts
- Must understand how to interpret data and use data analytics to drive the decision making process
- Identify chain assortment and programming opportunities, developing goals, and strategies for growth
- Collaborates with chain managers to design strategies and selling approaches to influence buying decisions
- Share market insights and activities, accomplishments, and opportunities with an action plan to leadership
- Maintain relationships with wholesaler and supplier partners. Push information to our supplier partners ahead of resets to establish plans on which products to pitch
- Lead and manage all aspects of the merchandising team
- Act in a supporting role helping to develop on-premise account sales through a focus on increasing draft sales at key or difficult accounts
- Work with logistics heads from both states on pricing and PTC strategies
- Cooperative meetings with Sales Reps to develop smaller local and chain accounts and try to maximize and develop planograms
- Work with the Sales team to help develop regional on premise chain placements and programs.
- Work directly with the Sales team to identify restaurant group sales opportunities
- Build Vacationland exclusive door sets in larger independent accounts in collaboration with Sales Reps
- Become a trusted member of our Vacationland family
QuickBooks, Google suite & Excel software proficiency preferred
Proficiency understanding how to read and use data from IRI and/or Nielsens is required

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year, plus bonus
