Shifts Available
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM, or 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Shifts are 8 hours with a 30-minute paid lunch break.
Starting Wage: $18.00/hr - $21.60/hr (based on shift)

Essential Job Functions
- Perform assembly, sub-assembly, and/or packaging operations per approved documentation and training
- Document and verify all work performed on job traveler and pertaining forms
- Understanding of material handling and control procedures such as lot control, line clearance, forms, and material requisition forms
- Use measurement tools and inspect products to ensure compliance with production standards
- Complete and review required documentation to meet quality system standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with quality system requirements
- Train new hires and current employees on assembly processes and best practices
- Ensure high standards in quality, throughput, and productivity
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Education/Knowledge
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Experience
- At least 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience preferred (training will be provided)
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
- Proficient in basic arithmetic calculations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Finger dexterity for handling small components
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
Physical Requirements
- Excellent vision and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Must be willing to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, gloves, gown/coveralls, and safety shoes
